
We asked the participants to list treatments that they had previouly received for their Meniere's symptoms, and which treatments they were presently using. The response to this section was simply astounding in terms of the variety of treatments listed, with at least 54 different therapies in use. Valium), anti-nausea (e.g.Antivert) and steroids as available treatments. However, variations in treatments are widespread, indicating the absence of consensus in terms of the most effective treatments to use. This may be more apparent in our survey which includes treatments from many different countries, some of which are not in use in the USA.
