Widex Senso
The Widex Senso is one programmable digital hearing aid. That is,
the hearing aids are coupled to a programmer or computer and several
of the parameters can be programmed to better match the hearing loss
and subjective preferences of the patient. The Senso dissects the
incoming signal into three bands (low, mid, and high) and incorporates
feedback management into its program. The Senso currently has two
behind-the-ear models, one of, which has a directional microphone
that offers greater benefit in noisy environments. The Senso is also
available in an in-the-ear, in-the-canal, and completely-in-the-canal
models.
